About Beau:
We are an owner operated restaurant in the heart of Ponsonby focused on delicious food, wine, cocktails and great service. We are a close, young and professional team who thrive in the busy buzz of hospitality. Currently open Mondays from 3pm till late, Tuesdays to Saturdays 12pm till late and closed Sundays. We offer a great working environment, great pay and delicious team meals every shift.

The Role:
You’ll be joining as a Senior Chef de Partie, working alongside a professional, experienced, and committed team. On a day-to-day basis you will be prepping, cooking, and running sections as well as supporting the Head Chef in training and managing the more junior chefs. We’re looking for someone who loves cooking and can jump straight onto a busy pan/sauce section in our kitchen. Loving systems and organisation is great.
